| LIVE SEA CREATURES EXPLORATION
Saturday, February 11, 2012 ~~ 12:00 - 3:00PM Take a voyage to the bottom of the sea without getting your feet wet... with Marine Science Institute. Dive in and explore LIVE sharks, sea stars and other aquatic animals from the Pacific Ocean and the Bay up close. Discover where these sea creatures live, how they survive and the ocean world around them. Then create and take home your own under the sea 3-D mobile. It'll be WAVES of fun!

Saturday, February 18, 2012 ~~ 10AM - 4PM Local families are invited to stop by Hillsdale Shopping Center for the Family Resource Fair, hosted by The San Mateo Daily Journal. Presented by HealthPlan of San mateo, a free community event created to provide information, services and resources for families on the Peninsula and surrounding areas. From fitness and acupuncture to finance and pet services, more than 30 local experts will be on-site providing tips and information.

| CAMP FAIRE
Sunday, March 4, 2012 ~~ 12-4PM Children of all ages can gear up for summer camp this year as we host our annual Camp Faire in the Lower Level of the Center. Co-sponsored by Bay Area Parent Magazine, Camp Faire give you the opportunity to find the perfect recreation for your child. Meet and talk to any one of the 50 camp directors from Bay Area summer day programs, recreation centers, sports facilities or dance schools. They'll be offering all the information you need for any age group.
Some participating camps include: San Mateo Gymnastics, Camp Keff, TechKnowHow, Inc., City of San Mateo Parks and Recreation, Belmont Oaks Academy, Highland Recration Center and more. |
